As an Individual what defines us is not the number of the materialist possessions we have or the title which we posses at our offices but the number of admirers we have because of our humility and humane nature. So why is it that as we gain success our humility diminishes ?

Often, we take up tasks without realizing the full context of its complexity or challenges associated. As we continue the journey, we realize that we have probably bitten off more than we can chew and then we look for ways and means to get out of those difficult situations.
The mature or the humble way of handling such Situations is to raise oneself and gear up for the challenge and/or ask for help. By working in collaboration with people who can help make the job happen rather than getting unduly aggressive or looking to blame someone for not being able to accomplish the task
The 3 questions/tests for us to answer from the prism of Humility test are:
- Our ability to stay committed to what has been promised, whether it is a solution or just being a sounding board irrespective of the complexity which may arise that was not foreseen before?
- Our ability to handle much more than what was thought in the beginning and our ability to stay till the end and resolve every issue that comes our way?
- Finally, the ability to not to complain and deliver and remain humble till the end of the achievement.
