Current studies only focus on the external factors to determine if a workplace is great enough to work or no. Juts like GDP of a country cannot determine if that county is good for its residents or others. Stress is a permanent determining factor for Associates and Prospective Associates to choose a workplace and they have no way to identify the same. Striving for a HAPPI workplace is number one KPI for most of the CxO given by the Investors as Stress free workplace often lead to more Innovations, Productivity, Higher Retention, Higher Engagement and Healthy ecosystems. The current Western workplace philosophy is not syncing with our Oriental philosophy and outlook towards life and work
The backbone of the framework is a time tested framework of p.a.u.s.e. (Purpose, Autonomy & Control, Under / Over worked, Socialisation, Equity & Fairness in Culture) which are fundamentally the core tenants of Oriental Philosophies for health work life balances
